Toyota Alphard kicks off the road again as they introduced another luxurious MPV, the Toyota Vellfire. It almost looks like the Alphard itself, but a car enthusiast can identify the difference. This time, the Vellfire got a more aggressive look, making it more elegant as it swerved its wheels. The sought-after car maker is known with its double productions, making some slight changes on the original, producing a big difference among the two.

Not to let everybody’s expectations down, the new Alphard is also based from the previous version of the concept Toyota FT-MV, with its luxurious 6 seats, with the 2 seats located on the middle that have automatic ottomans, giving it more a sleek interior design. If the previous Alphard version possessed the “elegance and refinement” at its best, the Vellfire is greed upon its “power and innovation”.

The Vellfire is wider and spacious than the previous Alphard version. It is powered by either 2,4 inline four mated to a CVT or a seven speed automatic , a 3.5L V6 and six speed automatic. The Vellfire is produced to compete against the Nissan Elgrand and Honda Elysion. One of the advantages of the Vellfire is its upgraded system in terms of safety and security upon its passengers, making it more secured. The Toyota management has divided its production into generations, highlighting different innovations into the cars’ different system. That’s why the Vellfire has innovations that no car had ever reached.

The Vellfire had a slight modification on its physical looks, it has a two-stepped headlamps located at the front, and a clear lens tail lamps on the rear. It also features rear wipers that folds at its roof spoiler, making the rear view more cleanly.  Basically, the Alphard and Vellfire are twin cars manufactured by Toyota. The Vellfire has demonic like sound name derived from the two words “velvet” and “fire”, targeting those who want powerful and innovative design. So for those who are saying that they can never differentiate the two cars, well by just trying to drive on it one can experience its difference, its unparalleled speed.

As twins, assuming that the two has neither difference, the buyers could determine on what to choose. The Alphard’s wheelbase has been resized by 50 mm to 2,950 mm, the same with its competing car, the Nissan Elgrand. But as we already know, there are some things that the Alphard cannot reach as the Nissan had – it has less power outlets and its seats do not rotate. To fill out on what is lacking, Toyota has put up some tricks to the Vellfire.

Amazingly, the 6 seats are built for comfortable purposes. It can be arranged such that one has a flat space for “various car activities” such as “sleeping”. One thing that the Alphards promises to the purchaser, it will transport you with so much comfort and ease.
