The long wait is over, and the rumor about the Toyota Corolla facelift had been brought to nearby reality. Toyota officially break the silence as they officially revealed the Corolla Furia concept during the 2013 North American International Auto Show held in Detroit on Monday.

Corolla Furia concept is a total makeover of the aging Corolla. By the looks and stance, its vivid that Toyota exert more effort and is successful to give the upcoming Corolla a brand new appearance.

Furia concept clearly conveys to where the Japanese automaker wanted to take their next-generation Corolla. And a proof that they know how to build fascinating concept cars. Even though this concept car doesn’t have interior but this allows Toyota to see how people responses and react to their new styling changes prior to the release of the final version of the Corolla, which said to be expected to go on sale anytime this year.

The styling features narrow headlights, a huge front grille and vertical marker lights. Toyota Corolla Furia concept looks a lot better than any other car with the Corolla moniker. Making it look a bit more stylish a raked windshield is installed. Riding on 19-inch alloy wheels, the concept is 181.9 inches (4620mm) long, 71 inches (1805mm) wide and 56.1 inches (1425mm) tall, with a wheelbase of 106.3 inches (2700mm).
